A weekly Mon–Fri menu built for one specific eater: 18, lifts, eats his lunch out of a microwave at work, and won't be served broccoli. Every dish hides its veg, hits its protein target, and survives a Tupperware overnight.

The rules every recipe follows

Veg is hidden, not absent

Blended into sauces, grated into mince, puréed under toppings. Present for nutrition, invisible on the plate.

Protein-forward

Every dish targets 35–50 g of protein per portion. The number is on the card so it's easy to track.

Lunches survive a microwave

No crispy textures, no fresh-greens-on-top. If it goes soggy or sad after 2 minutes on full power, it's a dinner, not a lunch.

Mon–Fri only

Five lunches, five dinners. Weekends are deliberately off-menu — the site is a weekday tool, not a lifestyle.
